As a core teacher for the High Performing Schools (HPS) program, you will support educational professionals, including school leaders and coordinators, in developing collective learning practices. You will guide school teams in utilizing research, data, and feedback to foster a culture of collaboration aimed at improving education. Your role includes training Learning Team Leaders and facilitating educational days and support programs with a specific focus on implementing HPS.

• Contribute to the growth of Academica, enhancing both participant engagement and school organizations.
• Actively share your knowledge with colleagues and continue to learn and deepen your expertise.
• Optionally organize programs for groups in collaboration with training coordinators.
