In this role, you will provide daily leadership to a team of sixteen consultants. You will monitor the workload and ensure a balanced distribution of tasks. Analyzing team performance using management information and production figures will be part of your responsibilities. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translating them into targeted actions. Additionally, you will conduct caseload discussions and serve as a sparring partner for the consultants. Supporting staff through changes and enhancing collaboration within the team is essential. You will clarify roles and responsibilities while creating an environment that emphasizes ownership, learning, and continuous improvement. Working closely with policy and quality teams, you will strive to enhance processes and services. You will act as a vital link between your team, other organizational teams, and external partners.
