Would you like to join the Happiness Industry? We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie to be part of the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

The Role:

You will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency. You will manage mise en place and station organization while following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols. Additionally, you will support stock control and proper storage of ingredients, collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cook or Chef de Partie.
• Experience in openings is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
