Sagardi Group, established in 2019 in Amsterdam, aims to share the culture, gastronomy, and traditions of the Basque table beyond Spain. In 2023, we expanded with Oaxaca, a restaurant focused on Mexican cuisine. The Netherlands is a key area for our gastronomic expansion alongside England and Portugal, promoting a cuisine based on authenticity and quality, a concept that originated in Barcelona nearly three decades ago. We are looking for passionate talent to join our kitchens, where ambitious professionals can grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of daily production and mise-en-place.
- Manage inventory and effectively utilize the FIFO system.
- Follow the established HACCP process and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain and organize the kitchen and workspace.
- Execute all tasks assigned by the head chef.
- Provide timely service as required.
