The Role

As a Cook / Assistant Cook, you will collaborate with various restaurants and kitchen teams, assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes for hotel guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing dishes in different restaurants and kitchen areas
• Preparing ingredients, including cleaning and cutting vegetables
• Following recipes and maintaining quality standards
• Supporting the daily organization and efficiency of the kitchen
• Keeping your workstation clean and hygienic
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures
• Collaborating closely with kitchen colleagues
• Contributing to an excellent hospitality experience for guests

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook
• Good command of English
• EU citizenship or legal right to work in the Netherlands
• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility regarding working hours and shifts
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Reliable and motivated

• Single room in a shared chalet
• Rent: €112.77 per person per week

Meals

• One meal: €4.60
• Free meal when working more than 10 hours
