We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Control Room Specialist. You will be responsible for leading and providing automation support during sorting shifts, acting on information from the SCADA system, and dispatching Field Service Engineers for troubleshooting and incident resolution.

De Rol
In this role, you will work on-site at Duiven HUB (with potential support at station ELST as needed) under a rotating schedule (day, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday to Saturday). Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading automation support during sorting operations.
- Ensuring the correct performance of the sorting system.
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance of conveyor systems and related equipment, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Identifying anomalies and providing resolutions in consultation with Maintenance Specialists and Senior Technicians.
- Assessing and advising Technicians on their duties and administrative tasks.
- Reporting maintenance activities and using CMMS Maximo for documentation.
Vereisten
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance, Automation, or SCADA.
- Technical background in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical fields.
- Leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong service mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficient in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
