De Rol:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van contracten voor verschillende deur-tot-deur services zoals fietsenstallingen, OV-fiets, OV-ebike, toiletten, bagagekluizen en autoparkeren (P+R). Je zorgt ervoor dat deze services de reiziger een aangename ervaring bieden. Dit omvat het onderhouden van relaties met externe partners en collega's, en het samenwerken met contractbeheerders om operationele aspecten te optimaliseren.
