De Rol

Als bouwportier heb je een gastvrije rol en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Jij ontvangt mensen, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles veilig en netjes verloopt.

  • Je opent en sluit de bouwplaats (± 06:30 – 16:00)
  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en bouwpersoneel op een vriendelijke en duidelijke manier
  • Je begeleidt transporten van en naar de bouwlocatie
  • Je beheert de toegang tot het terrein
  • Je regelt en beheert toegangspassen
  • Je houdt de omgeving netjes en overzichtelijk
  • Je spreekt mensen aan als iets niet veilig of netjes is

Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat iedereen goed en veilig het terrein op en af gaat.
