The Role

As a Concierge Trainee, you will be part of the Front of House team, assisting guests with their luggage, answering inquiries, and providing insights into Amsterdam's attractions. You will create a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and manage storage.
• Host in the lobby and serve as a contact point for guest questions.
• Provide information about local attractions and experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office team.
• Create warm, memorable moments for every guest.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends).
• A natural interest in people and different cultures.
• A friendly, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to connect easily with guests and surprise them with personal touches.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.
