The Role

As a Concierge Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Fortis experience. You will be responsible for translating client preferences into seamless outcomes, anticipating needs, and transforming special requests into effortless, personalized moments. Your daily tasks may include managing membership accounts, curating top-tier recommendations, coordinating complex international itineraries, and refining the standards that uphold our concierge brand.

You will collaborate with various departments to support high-stakes trips and missions throughout Europe, while also managing the infrastructure necessary for effective concierge execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and proactively guide membership accounts.
• Curate world-class recommendations with exceptional taste.
• Orchestrate handoffs across complex international itineraries.
• Refine playbooks and standards to maintain a consistent concierge brand.
• Collaborate with all teams to support high-stakes travel operations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing workflows and concierge systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Discretion and good judgment when handling UHNW principals and sensitive information.
• Proficiency with data and technology tools (Asana, Airtable, CRM systems).
• Background in concierge, luxury hospitality, client success, travel operations, or facilitation; experience with security-related services is a plus.
