The role involves being at the center of conversations about Loop, capturing comments and trends, and translating them into community insights. You'll gain hands-on experience in community management and organic social media while taking ownership of our channels.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing daily interactions on Instagram and TikTok, responding authentically rather than with scripted replies.
• Building relationships with our most engaged fans through various channels, including comments and Stories.
• Monitoring cultural trends and sentiments to stay updated on shifts in online culture.
• Combining your understanding of internet culture with performance data to guide Loop's online presence.
• Identifying creative ideas and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Scheduling and publishing organic content, paying attention to details like captions and timing.
• Engaging with the audience post-publication to maintain conversations and know when to take initiative.

• Use generic, copy-pasted responses.
• Chase trends without assessing their relevance to Loop.
• Wait for others to identify opportunities.
• Treat community engagement as a mere checklist.
