You will become part of the Global Quality team, working closely with the Culture of Quality and Quality Communication Manager. Your primary goal will be to strengthen the Culture of Quality through effective communication and engagement across Danone.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement global Quality communication initiatives, including creating materials and activities for World Quality Week, while assisting local teams in utilizing available resources.
• Organize the annual Global Quality Awards, managing the entire process from participant engagement and selection to the awards ceremony, in collaboration with global and local teams as well as external partners.
• Drive innovative awareness campaigns at Danone Headquarters, finding creative ways to enhance visibility and understanding of Quality throughout the organization.
• Support the development of Danone's 2027 Quality communication strategy and contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at fostering a strong Quality culture and increasing global employee awareness.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communication Science, Corporate Communications, or a related field. Must be a student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Open, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to connect with various stakeholders in an international setting.
• Strong interest in corporate communications, content creation, graphic design, and Quality-related topics.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Clipchamp.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Available to work from the Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• Available to start in October 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days a week.
