In deze rol als communicatieadviseur leg je uit waarom er een nieuw hoogspanningsstation wordt gebouwd en organiseer je participatie rond nieuwe drinkwaterwinning. Je zorgt ervoor dat inwoners betrokken zijn bij de omgevingsvisie van hun gemeente. Het stroomnet wordt de komende jaren flink verbouwd voor de energietransitie, drinkwaterbedrijven vernieuwen hun leidingnet, en de Omgevingswet vraagt om participatie. Jouw werk raakt hele wijken en dorpen, en het succes van deze projecten hangt af van de communicatie met de omgeving. Wij werken voor netbeheerders, drinkwaterbedrijven en overheden en laten je zien waar jouw ervaring het meest waardevol is.

Over de functie

Je adviseert projectleiders, omgevingsmanagers en bestuurders over wat ze wanneer communiceren en via welk kanaal. Je schrijft bewonersbrieven, webteksten, nieuwsbrieven en social media posts, waarbij je schrijft op B1-niveau voor bewoners en op bestuurlijk niveau voor raad of directie. Je bereidt informatieavonden en participatietrajecten voor en presenteert deze zelf. Daarnaast houd je bij wat er speelt in de omgeving, de media en de politiek, en stuur je de communicatie daarop bij.

De focus van je werk hangt af van het type project en de fase waarin het zich bevindt: soms meer advies en strategie, soms meer in de omgeving zelf. Hybride werken is mogelijk, en we bespreken vooraf wat bij jou past.
