Over de vacature In jouw rol als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van sales-gerelateerde aanvragen van een diverse klantenkring. Je hebt veel telefonisch contact met klanten in de Benelux en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen helder zijn. Proactiviteit is essentieel; je achterhaalt de juiste informatie om offertes op te stellen en ondersteunt de accountmanagers in het veld door klantbezoeken te plannen en hen van de juiste input te voorzien.
Wat we enorm waarderen, is jouw initiatief om klanten te bellen, zowel om opvolging te geven aan offertes als om te vragen naar hun ervaringen met onze producten. Je bent niet alleen bezig met bestaande klanten, maar ook met het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten in de sector die het beste bij jou past. Je krijgt de kans om je kennis van onze producten te vergroten door middel van trainingen, zowel online als in onze trainingscentra in Zwitserland en Duitsland.
Waar beschik je over?
- Een mbo-diploma.
- Ervaring met crm-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
