Location: Flexible across ADM locations. Within the Commercial Trainee Program, you will unlock your full potential. At ADM, we seek individuals passionate about addressing nutritional challenges today and in the future, contributing to a greater purpose and making a lasting impact. Your first year will focus on learning the fundamentals of agricultural commodity trading, transportation, and processing through meaningful roles in one of our European locations. In the second year, you will further develop your skills with increased autonomy and market exposure at another European location. You will follow a learning plan that balances business needs with personal development, supported by a mentor from the Trading team. Throughout your traineeship, you will also gain insights into contract law, logistics, contract execution, risk management, and the financial implications of trading decisions. Upon completion, successful graduates will be well-prepared for future trading roles or advancement towards commercial management positions.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business, or Agriculture.
• Strong interest in the agri-commodity trading business.
• High drive for success, excellent analytical skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate within Europe.
• A valid EU work permit.
