Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial properties to enhance occupancy and revenue. • Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring adherence to legal and financial stipulations. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for property acquisition or sale. • Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant service requests. • Prepare financial reports, monitor key performance indicators, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management or a related field. • Proficiency in lease administration, property management software, and financial modeling. • Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. • Ability to analyze market data and devise strategies to improve property performance. • Knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
