Young Force Sales is expanding. Therefore, we are seeking experienced commercial advisors who want to further develop within the rapidly growing sustainability market. As a Commercial Advisor Sustainability, you will engage with private homeowners about appropriate sustainability solutions. You will assess the customer's situation and needs, provide clear advice, and guide the commercial process from conversation to agreement. We are not looking for a standard salesperson. We seek someone who understands that good sales are built on trust, active listening, strong advising, and knowing when to close the deal.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and sell sustainability solutions
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into appropriate measures
• Conduct commercial conversations and close deals
• Guide customers throughout the entire sales process
• Work on your own results and commercial growth
• Collaborate with an ambitious and results-oriented sales team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales
• Experience in sustainability, insulation, window frames, heat pumps, home batteries, or similar products is a strong plus
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented
• Persuasive without being pushy
• Ambitious and eager to grow
• Comfortable with targets and a performance-driven environment
