Als Collections Administrator bij Verisure ben je een waardevolle ondersteuning binnen het Collections team. Je houdt je bezig met diverse administratieve taken en biedt ondersteuning aan je collega's waar nodig. Je werkt in een betrokken team waar samenwerking en resultaat centraal staan. Met jouw positieve en flexibele instelling weet je goed te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
De rol:
- Ondersteunen van het Collections team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
- Beantwoorden en opvolgen van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
- Verzorgen en bijhouden van administratieve werkzaamheden.
- Ondersteunen bij incassowerkzaamheden.
- Ervoor zorgen dat klantvragen tijdig en zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd.
- Meedenken over en bijdragen aan een efficiënte werkwijze binnen het team.
