• Assess the website's information architecture, navigation, content hierarchy, and candidate journeys.
• Benchmark careers websites and recruitment practices of other EU institutions and relevant organizations.
• Identify candidate needs and potential gaps in the current careers content.
• Develop recommendations for a clearer and more engaging website structure.
• Ensure proposed improvements align with EMA's corporate brand and visual identity.
• Propose approaches for presenting vacancies, career areas, employee stories, and the recruitment process.
• Consider accessibility, mobile usability, and good digital-content practices.
• Support the development of new or revised careers content and candidate-facing materials.
• Propose practical measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the improved careers website.

• Content and page concepts: Examples or prototypes for priority pages.
• Implementation roadmap: Prioritized recommendations distinguishing quick wins from medium- and longer-term improvements.

• Meaningful work contributing to public health in Europe.
• Development opportunities including internal mobility and mentoring.
• Work-life balance with flexible arrangements and generous leave.

• Eligibility criteria: Must be a paid employee from an EU or non-EU public or academic organization, or a postgraduate student within such organizations.
• Thorough knowledge of English (at least level C1) and good knowledge of another official EU language (at least B2) is an asset.
• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

Candidates with experience in careers website development, employer branding, digital communications, user experience, and corporate branding are particularly encouraged to apply. Experience working with complex, international, or public-sector organizations is advantageous.
