Als CNC-draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van CNC-draaibanken en conventionele machines voor het bewerken van onderdelen. Je programmeert en stelt de machines in, controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen en zorgt voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek volgens de 5S-methode. Je werkt in een 4-ploegendienst en ontvangt hiervoor een toeslag.
Verantwoordelijkheden en taken
- Bedienen van verschillende CNC-machines en conventionele draaibanken voor diverse slijtdelen.
- Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
- Zelfstandig programmeren en instellen van machines volgens gestelde eisen.
- Controleren of de onderdelen voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen.
- Handhaven van een veilige en ordelijke werkplek volgens het veiligheidsbeleid.
- Volgen van procedures en instructies binnen ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL B.V. en nauwkeurig opvolgen van aanwijzingen van de leidinggevende.
- Werken volgens Lean principes voor efficiënter werken.
