We are looking for an experienced Cloud Computing Support Engineer to support and optimize enterprise Microsoft Azure infrastructure within a large international technology environment. This role is ideal for cloud infrastructure professionals with strong experience in Hybrid Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps, who are passionate about delivering secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms supporting global operations. Working within an international technology team, you will contribute to cloud modernization, governance, automation, security, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment.

De Rol

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting enterprise cloud services.
• Design, implement, and improve Hybrid Cloud architectures and Azure landing zones.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using modern automation practices.
• Optimize subscription structures, resource groups, networking, and cloud governance.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and operational reliability.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.
• Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Support hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect.
• Implement identity governance and security best practices.

Automation & DevOps

• Develop automation using PowerShell and Python.
• Support Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Improve operational efficiency through scripting and process automation.
• Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and platform resilience initiatives.

Windows & Linux Administration

• Provide administration and support for Windows and Linux virtual machines.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Support Level 2 and Level 3 incident resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce cloud security policies and governance standards.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, including deployment, renewal, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance across hybrid cloud environments.
• Support secure cloud operations aligned with enterprise security standards.

Vereisten

Vereiste Kwalificaties

✔ 5–7 jaar ervaring als Hybrid Cloud Engineer, Azure Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) of een vergelijkbare rol. ✔ Sterke hands-on ervaring met Microsoft Azure. ✔ Sterke expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) en Active Directory. ✔ Ervaring met Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep of vergelijkbaar). ✔ Ervaring met het bouwen en ondersteunen van CI/CD-pijplijnen. ✔ Sterke kennis van RBAC, PIM, MFA en cloudbeveiligingsbest practices. ✔ Ervaring met het beheren van Windows- en Linux-omgevingen. ✔ Sterke scriptingvaardigheden met PowerShell en/of Python. ✔ Ervaring met het ondersteunen van enterprise cloud infrastructuren binnen veilige omgevingen. ✔ Professionele Engelse communicatievaardigheden.
