The Role

As a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA), you will work alongside the Clinical Sales Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our business. In your first year, you will focus on the technical and clinical elements of the role, transitioning to sales responsibilities in your second year. You will support a specific region by maximizing the use of da Vinci® Surgical Systems through product demonstrations and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to surgical teams on the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Lead technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
• Assist in achieving quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior through demonstrations and training.
• Coordinate regional sales and marketing events to promote system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting sales activities and submitting expense reports.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant, providing support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices after appropriate training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong ambition and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Nice to Have

• Sales degree is a plus.
