This role involves more than traditional monitoring; it includes contract negotiation, start-up activities, monitoring, and close-out responsibilities. The Role

• Lead and manage study start-up (SSU), including contract and budget negotiation.
• Conduct independent on-site and remote monitoring visits (approximately 6-8 visits; flexible scheduling).
• Ensure site compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee study close-out activities and ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Take full ownership of two assigned studies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and site personnel.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• CRA II or Senior CRA level experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
• Required cardiology experience; FSP model preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong understanding of GCP and clinical research processes.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
