The Role

As a Clinical Performance Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting audiology professionals across the southern Netherlands to enhance their clinical and commercial performance. You will ensure that stores meet professional quality standards and assist audiology professionals in their development through coaching, guidance, and quality checks. Collaborating closely with the Professional Advancement Audiology team and the regional Field Support Team, you will help align support and translate insights into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the retail team to identify stores needing support and coaching.
• Conduct quality audits in stores and follow up with audiologists as necessary.
• Utilize clinical KPIs to proactively identify and assist with areas for improvement.
• Serve as an expert in the customer journey and agenda management, helping audiologists identify obstacles and recommend solutions.
• Participate in projects that promote professional development and business growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Specsavers partnership model, store operations, and the needs of audiology professionals to provide clinically sound and commercially relevant support.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about developing others, confident in your expertise, and proactive. While previous consultancy experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We welcome applications from audiologists with at least 3 years of store experience who are ready for a new challenge.

Nice to Have

• Several years of experience as an StAr certified audiologist.
• A natural ability to coach and communicate effectively with various audiences.
• A solid understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate them into practical actions for stores.
• A collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
• A thoughtful and professional approach, with the ability to understand different perspectives and adapt accordingly.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Development

Within 3 months, you will be onboarded and have met many of your new colleagues, as well as our partners and audiologists in stores. You will gain a clear understanding of Specsavers' operations and support daily store functions by coaching and collaborating with audiologists.

Within 6-12 months, you will manage your own region in southern Netherlands, understand our business priorities, and act as the go-to person for audiologists and partners on clinical audiology topics, achieving measurable improvements in store performance and professional development.
