About the Role

You will serve as the primary link between our clinical customers and our AI product team. Your daily tasks will involve building trusted relationships with clinical stakeholders, translating real-world care documentation needs into product insights, and helping refine AI-powered workflows that truly benefit practitioners. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment where your clinical expertise is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer-facing contact for discussions on clinical workflow and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing teams, clinical leads, and healthcare stakeholders across the Netherlands.
• Analyze and interpret clinical documentation requirements within the Dutch healthcare system.
• Support the development and refinement of clinical AI prompts and structured care workflows.
• Collect, synthesize, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Translate clinical realities into actionable, clear inputs for technical counterparts.
• Contribute to defining medical documentation standards and AI output evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate across time zones, including alignment with US working hours when necessary.

Requirements

• Nursing degree, equivalent qualification in human healthcare sciences, or relevant experience is mandatory; candidates without a clinical background will not be considered.
• Native Dutch speaker or C1 level proficiency; fluent engagement with Dutch-language clinical documentation and stakeholders is required.
• Hands-on experience in clinical practice, care documentation, or a patient-facing healthcare role.
• Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and healthcare delivery processes in the Netherlands.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); clear and accurate clinical writing is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; comfortable in customer-facing settings.
• Ability to follow and operationalize complex Standard Operating Procedures.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted clinical documentation tools or ambient scribing systems.
• Background or interest in prompt engineering, data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
• Prior project coordination or customer success experience in a healthcare or healthtech context.
• Exposure to international or multilingual clinical environments, including Dutch-speaking regions of Belgium.
• Familiarity with how AI and digital tools are reshaping care delivery.

Additional Details

• Location: Netherlands (fully remote)
• Travel: Periodic travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to Dutch-speaking regions of Belgium.
• Schedule: Flexibility to align with US time zones as needed.
