In this pivotal role, you will define and implement the clinical evidence strategy for AV&I throughout the product lifecycle, from innovation and development to market introduction and post-market support. Your efforts will ensure that evidence generation fosters business growth, regulatory success, and clinical adoption.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute the AV&I clinical evidence strategy across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Health Economics & Market Access, Marketing, and senior leaders to integrate evidence plans into strategic priorities.
  • Represent Philips externally with regulators, clinical investigators, and scientific partners, driving global clinical studies and real-world evidence programs.
  • Lead and develop a Clinical Affairs team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and career development.
