De Rol:
In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het ontvangen van klanten en het bieden van een warm, professioneel welkom.
- Het ondersteunen van behandelaars met administratieve taken en dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
- Beheren van alle communicatie van de kliniek, zoals telefoontjes en e-mails.
- Zorgdragen voor een schone, georganiseerde en professionele omgeving in de kliniek.
- Het bewaken van voorraadniveaus, het bestellen van materialen en uitvoeren van kleine facilitaire taken.
- Assisteren bij planning, documentatie en voorbereidingen voor klanten.
- Het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden gedurende de openingstijden.
- Flexibele inzetbaarheid, waaronder avonden, weekenden en vakantieperiodes wanneer nodig.
