Client Community Manager (Remote, Part Time – 22.5 hours a week, flexible on work pattern) EU based. De rol

In this role, you will engage with our client community, which consists of hundreds of universities and colleges. You'll manage our community day-to-day, overseeing the Slack channel, organizing webinars, user meetups, and our user conference. This is a hands-on position where you will be actively involved in running webinars, booking venues, and being a consistent presence in the community. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values practical execution over corporate processes.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Community and member engagement

  • Manage the client Slack community: welcome new members, facilitate discussions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Connect clients facing similar challenges to foster learning and collaboration.
  • Maintain a personal touch in community interactions.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it internally.

• Webinars and online sessions

  • Plan and execute a regular webinar program focusing on underutilized features.
  • Coordinate speakers and manage logistics for each session.
  • Create a reliable calendar of events for clients.

• User meetups and the user conference

  • Organize user meetups and the annual conference, managing all logistical details.
  • Attend events to ensure smooth operations and follow up post-event to maintain engagement.

• Collaboration with other teams

  • Work closely with product, support, and sales to align the program with client needs.
  • Ensure community feedback informs product development.
  • Contribute to the growth of the client engagement function.

Vereisten

• Proven experience in organizing events, webinars, or community activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Confident communicator, both in writing and live presentations.
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to travel for events within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally beyond.
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, webinar platforms, and CRM systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in higher education or similar sectors.
• Background in community management, events, customer success, or customer marketing.
