Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the selling process: welcome clients, assess their needs, assist during product trials, and facilitate cross-selling or department referrals as needed.
  • Create a memorable client experience by managing all aspects of the selling ceremony, including after-sales and clienteling activities, while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
