FUJIFILM Tilburg is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join our Life Science Department. In this role, you will be involved in the production of cell culture media, both in powder and liquid form, which are vital for the biopharmaceutical sector. Our cleanrooms ensure the highest quality standards in manufacturing. Additionally, we produce Water for Injection (WFI), a purified water used for injectable medicines. We are currently focusing on expanding our powder production team.
The Role
You will have various responsibilities, including:
- Weighing chemicals accurately, from grams to hundreds of kilograms.
- Blending and milling powder mixtures.
- Packaging cell culture media in powder form.
- Preparing raw materials and packaging materials, along with cleaning equipment and workspaces.
- Setting up, calibrating, and documenting balances and scales.
- Performing and documenting “line clearance” before production starts.
- Checking labels and weights for products and Quality Control samples.
- Creating and adjusting work instructions.
