Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle materialen en producten goed en volgens de regels worden schoongemaakt. Zo kunnen ze veilig de cleanroom in. Iets voor jou?
De functie
Als medewerker van het Cleaning Center zorg jij ervoor dat onderdelen goed door de automatische reinigingsstraat gaan. Het gaat om producten die van buiten komen en schoon de cleanroom in moeten.
De reinigingsstraat is een soort wasmachine die vaste programma’s draait. Jij plaatst de producten op de lopende band. Dit doe je met de hand of met een takel als dat nodig is. Je werkt nauwkeurig, omdat elk materiaal een andere manier van reinigen nodig heeft. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alles op de juiste manier wordt schoongemaakt. Ook controleer je de kwaliteit van de vloeistoffen (chemische baden) waarin de producten worden gereinigd. Zo weet je zeker dat alles goed en volgens de regels gebeurt.
