Our client is a prominent global insurance company with a strong international presence. They are seeking German-speaking Claims Associates to join their European Claims team in Amsterdam. The Role

As a Claims Associate, you will assist German customers when their gadgets are lost, stolen, or damaged. You will play a crucial role in supporting customers and helping them recover when their devices are affected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Efficiently and accurately assess and process insurance claims.
• Manage claims for some of Germany's leading brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved.
• Complete administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Organized, accurate, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Eager to learn and grow in an international environment.
• Available to start on-site in Amsterdam.

Working Hours

5 days per week between Monday and Friday (09:00 - 20:00) and Saturday (10:00 - 17:00), based on a rotating schedule.
