Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with eyeo's strategic goals.
- Lead research in image sensor processes, color science, and photonics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and market readiness.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology and academic partners.
- Drive intellectual property development and protection for core technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in image sensor processes and design, including CMOS architecture and fabrication workflows.
- Strong background in color science, ISP development, and color calibration techniques.
- Expertise in photonics, nano-optical structures, and light manipulation technologies.
- Familiarity with sensor packaging, stacking, and semiconductor process integration.
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling technology teams and managing complex projects.
- Start-up mindset.
