Vereisten

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product, research and development, or innovation functions within consumer goods, health, or nutrition sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years leading large product or R&D organizations in supplements, functional foods, or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products from concept to commercialization.
• Deep expertise in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, regulatory affairs, and product quality management.
• Strong experience in building and leading cross-functional teams across product, science, quality, and development functions.
• Excellent commercial acumen, aligning product decisions with growth objectives and brand strategy.
