In this fully remote, full-time role, you will take charge of the entire operational path from order receipt to customer delivery, ensuring scalability without compromising quality.

The Role

You will own and rebuild the supply chain to accommodate several times the current volume while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain comprehensively, including relationships with manufacturing partners and ensuring adherence to quality and timeline standards.
• Oversee fulfillment from production to customer delivery, including logistics partners.
• Establish and maintain quality benchmarks for every product, creating feedback loops for accountability among manufacturers.
• Build and expand the operations team strategically as volume increases.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, product quality, delivery performance, and costs, taking direct ownership of these figures.
• Make impactful operational decisions without intermediaries.
• Streamline processes by automating repetitive tasks using tools like Airtable, ClickUp, or Zapier.

Requirements

• Proven senior operations leadership experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand, ideally as COO, VP of Operations, or head of fulfillment and customer experience.
• Experience managing a physical product operation, preferably involving custom or made-to-order goods.
• Direct involvement in supplier or manufacturing relationships, rather than through third parties.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, product quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Ability to create systems from scratch and automate workflows, developing KPIs and SOPs across the organization.
