Als Chemisch Fysisch Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, beoordelen en rapporteren van laboratoriumanalyses ter ondersteuning van verschillende chemische productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met analisten uit zowel dag- als ploegendienst, Operations en technologen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van fysische en (nat-)chemische analyses op afvalwater-, proces- en productmonsters.
- Werken met verschillende analysetechnieken, waaronder GC, GPC, HPLC en titraties.
- Interpreteren en beoordelen van analyseresultaten en deze met de juiste prioriteit rapporteren aan Operations.
- Borgen van de kwaliteit van analysemethoden door het uitvoeren van controlemetingen en kalibraties.
- Herkennen en oplossen van storingen aan laboratoriumapparatuur.
- Ondersteunen van de ploegendienst bij voorbereidende laboratoriumwerkzaamheden.
- Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen, procedures en werkwijzen binnen het laboratorium.
- Plannen en organiseren van de dagelijkse laboratoriumwerkzaamheden.
