Join our team as a Chemical Analyst at Wageningen Livestock Research, where you will utilize your expertise in chemical analyses to enhance quality assurance and support innovative research projects. Proficiency in Dutch is essential for this role.
As a Chemical Analyst, you will be a key member of our laboratory team within the Emissions & Manure Valorisation department. Your practical experience in chemical analyses will help ensure the quality of our analytical methods, data, and protocols. You will also assist in developing new analytical methods and support researchers and project leaders with operational analytical needs. The laboratory operates independently with a small team of analysts.
In summary, your knowledge, expertise, and analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful operation of the laboratory and effective collaboration with our researchers.
The laboratory is part of the Emissions & Manure Valorisation department, which focuses on greenhouse gas emissions, nitrogen emissions, particulate matter, and odour emissions from livestock systems. Our team of approximately 40 professionals collaborates across disciplines to measure environmental impacts in livestock farming, working closely with Wageningen University & Research and external partners.
