4-month contract, 16-24 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support a large-scale global e-Invoicing transformation programme that spans various international markets. This role offers the chance to lead stakeholder engagement and change initiatives as organizations adapt to new tax and regulatory requirements.

The Role

As the Change & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management and communication activities across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. Collaborating closely with project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders, you will ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and operational methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.
• Create and maintain stakeholder mapping and communication matrices.
• Perform change impact assessments across people, processes, technology, and organizational dimensions.
• Facilitate business readiness and alignment workshops with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project communication strategies and plans.
• Create engaging communication materials including project updates, go-live communications, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and briefing packs.
• Manage communication channels and distribution lists for effective information flow.
• Support leadership communications and stakeholder messaging.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities.
• Define training requirements and learning pathways for key users and end-users.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training content aligns with business and system changes.
• Support readiness assessments and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Change Management, Business Change, or Change & Communications roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, ERP implementations, finance transformation, digital transformation, or system rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across global organizations.
• Experience delivering change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies for complex projects.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and supporting learning initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or ERP transformations.
• Knowledge in e-Invoicing, Finance Transformation, Tax Transformation, or Shared Services.
• Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working within multi-country or global programmes.
