As Chair of the Selection Committee, you will play a vital role in shaping the HTH student community by steering the Selection Team and guiding the overall selection process. This position is for a commitment of 2 days per week (160 hours per block) over a period of 2 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years.

The Role

You will support individual Selection Days and tackle strategic questions regarding Diversity, problem-solving, and improvement initiatives. You'll be responsible for pushing individual initiatives forward and will liaise with the Management Team/Board of Directors to provide updates and gather input on various topics. Additionally, you will guide and support the Selection Student Assistants and LYCar student.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Selection Team and ensure a consistent selection process.
• Oversee testing and interviewing during Selection Days.
• Collaborate with staff from various areas within HTH, particularly Recruitment, Admissions, and Events/F&B.
• Manage and support Selection Student Assistants and interns.

Requirements

• Passion for and experience in Selection within HTH or prior.
• Experience in team leadership and liaising with management.
• Interest in process improvement and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
