The Role

We are seeking a creative music producer who is passionate about collaborating on unique and heartfelt projects. In this remote role, you will help bring a personal rap song to life as a special gift. The project involves arranging and producing a track that combines mariachi-style horns, a rhythmic beat, and flute, tailored to the client's vision. The client will provide the lyrics and musical direction, and your expertise in instrumental arrangement and digital production will be crucial in creating a polished, professional recording.

The Role

You will work closely with the client to understand their musical preferences and translate their ideas into a final product.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the client to grasp their musical vision and preferences.
  • Arrange and produce a track featuring mariachi-style horns, beat, and flute.
  • Play and record keyboard parts as necessary for the arrangement.
  • Integrate client-provided lyrics and vocal recordings into the final mix.
  • Provide creative input on instrumentation, structure, and overall sound.
  • Deliver a high-quality, ready-to-share final audio file.
  • Communicate progress and incorporate feedback throughout the production process.

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in music production, especially with genre-blending projects.
  • Proficiency in keyboard performance and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
  • Ability to arrange and produce for horns, flute, and rhythm sections.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to client feedback.
  • Experience working remotely and managing digital file exchanges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a polished final product.
  • Availability to start promptly and complete the project within agreed timelines.
