GET HUB is a non-profit community initiative located in Eindhoven, focused on empowering international women through language, community, and career development. We believe that learning Dutch is about building confidence and creating opportunities to become active members of Dutch society. Through our GET ROOTED Programme, we support highly educated international women in developing the language skills and local knowledge necessary for successful integration into Dutch society and the labor market.

De rol

We are looking for an empathetic, structured, and certified Dutch Language Trainer to lead our first boutique cohort of international women (maximum 8 participants). Your focus will be on guiding students from beginner level to successfully completing the official Dutch Civic Integration (Inburgering) examinations while gaining confidence in everyday Dutch communication.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Teach Dutch in a small, highly interactive classroom environment.
• Prepare students for all components of the official Inburgering examinations (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, and KNM).
• Clearly explain Dutch grammar by connecting Dutch and English structures.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and game-based learning.
• Encourage confidence and active participation.

Vereisten

• Certified NT2 Teacher (or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Native or near-native (C2) Dutch speaker.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience preparing students for the official Inburgering examinations.
• Passion for education, women's empowerment, and community development.

Voor de NT2 Staatsexamen

De rol

Wij zoeken een dynamische Nederlandse trainer met ervaring in professionele communicatie en loopbaancoaching om deelnemers te ondersteunen die zich voorbereiden op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt en hun staatsexamen NT2 willen behalen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Teach Professional Dutch (Zakelijk Nederlands).
• Coach deelnemers over Nederlandse werkplekcommunicatie en cultuur.
• Bied CV- en LinkedIn-coaching aan.
• Voer proefinterviews uit.
• Ondersteun deelnemers in het opbouwen van zelfvertrouwen voor werkgelegenheid in Nederland.

Vereisten

• Gecertificeerd NT2-docent (voorkeur).
• Ervaring met Zakelijk Nederlands of loopbaancoaching.
• Native of near-native (C2) Dutch speaker.
• Uitstekende Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Achtergrond in HR, recruitment, corporate training of loopbaancoaching is zeer wenselijk.
• Passie voor het empoweren van internationale vrouwen.
