As an NCA Searcher, you will lead a professional search lasting up to 24 months to acquire a small to mid-sized company. Within the framework of our OLBO Program, you will receive extensive support from NCA during your search, along with an attractive incentive package that includes base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company, enhancing your entrepreneurial journey.

Please note that we do not invest in start-up or scale-up companies.

Successful candidates will search for, acquire, and manage a company in the Netherlands.

• Collaborate with us to establish a search process aimed at generating sufficient deal flow to identify a business for acquisition based on predefined criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with guidance from our experienced Investment Management team.
• Transition into the CEO role of the newly acquired business.
• Proactively identify and assess strategic growth options and business opportunities, developing long-term business strategies and 100-day plans.
• Drive top-line growth through impactful marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review product/service offerings, portfolio strategies, and existing brand positioning to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Oversee geographical expansions when necessary, preparing and executing market entry strategies successfully.
• Ensure operational efficiency and profitable growth.
