In the healthcare sector, effective personnel planning is crucial for team operations and client care. As a Capacity Planner, you will ensure that this planning puzzle fits together. You will maintain an overview, think ahead, and align planning, care demand, and capacity.

The Role

You will ensure that the right employees are available at the right times. You will assist managers in developing staffing plans for the medium and long term, taking into account care demands, available capacity, regulations, and team preferences.

No two days are the same. Sometimes you will analyze data and prepare reports for managers; other times, you will advise them on capacity issues or seek solutions for planning challenges. Additionally, you will contribute to improving processes related to planning and capacity.

About the Company

You will be part of the Plan & Flex Bureau within the Supporting Services department. The Plan & Flex Bureau consists of 15 planners and works closely with two flex coordinators from our internal staffing agency that manages the flex pool.

During your onboarding period, you will regularly be in the office to familiarize yourself with your colleagues and the work. Afterward, you will have the flexibility to work hybrid, from home or from our office in Middelharnis, depending on what fits your schedule best.

Requirements

• You are analytically strong and quickly identify connections in data and planning.
• You can easily switch between different stakeholders, manage diverse interests, and provide clear advice.
• You work accurately, take initiative, and maintain oversight even under pressure.
• You have at least an mbo-4 diploma in planning or logistics, along with relevant work experience. If you do not have a suitable diploma but can demonstrate hbo work and thinking level with relevant experience, we also welcome your application.
• You have several years of experience in a planning, capacity management, or operational role. Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• You are familiar with collective labor agreement guidelines and relevant labor laws.
• You can work with planning and reporting tools.

• A salary ranging from €3,113.00 to €4,347.00 gross per month based on 36 hours (FWG scale 45, CAO disabled care as of November 1, 2026).
