We are seeking a skilled Capacity Building Specialist to design, manage, and facilitate training and workshops for the EU-GOJUST III justice reform project. This role involves collaborating closely with the IDLO and UNOPS to develop effective training programs and ensure successful outcomes.

Our projects focus on governance, justice, health, and infrastructure, emphasizing capacity building and community resilience.
The Role
You will conceptualize and develop training and workshop programs, ensuring they align with the EU-GOJUST III workplan. Your responsibilities will include preparing educational materials, coordinating with experts, facilitating sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning modules for training and workshops.
- Prepare educational materials for both online and in-person activities.
- Coordinate with key experts to finalize training content and delivery methods.
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring engaging and interactive participation.
- Manage logistics and coordinate with UNOPS and IDLO for event preparations.
- Develop measurement and evaluation tools to assess participant competencies.
- Document the activity process and provide a summary report post-training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in development management, education, social development, law, or related fields with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering high-level training and workshops in the Philippines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the development sector, particularly with international organizations and government agencies.
- Expertise in facilitating training sessions and developing capacity-building programs.
- Familiarity with gender mainstreaming initiatives in the public sector.
- Technical assistance experience in justice and governance areas.
- Prior experience with SC, DOJ, and DILG is an asset.
