As a member of our cabin crew, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so friendliness, attentiveness, and the ability to provide appropriate assistance are essential. Your role goes beyond service; safety is our utmost priority. You will confidently lead and manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures, supported by world-class training at our advanced facility in Dubai.

Qualifications & Experience

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

• Over one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• A positive attitude and the ability to deliver excellent service in a diverse team environment
• Minimum qualification of high school graduation (Grade 12)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Height of at least 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types
• No visible tattoos while in uniform (must not be covered with bandages or cosmetics)
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements as an Emirates cabin crew member

Salary & Benefits

Your compensation consists of three components:

• A fixed basic salary
• Hourly pay for flights operated
• An overseas meal allowance

Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month Average Total Pay: AED 11,244 per month (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280)

• These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited to your salary in the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and transportation to and from the airport.
