The Role
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. You will oversee daily operations, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and incident management, while maintaining compliance with security and governance standards.
The Role
You will act as the technical lead on infrastructure projects, driving modernization, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives. Your focus will be on identifying and implementing enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency across the infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage server, storage, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring and incident management.
- Define and maintain documentation and infrastructure standards.
- Lead infrastructure projects and initiatives for modernization and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or networking.
- Experience managing enterprise server environments and virtualization platforms.
- Strong networking knowledge, including routing, switching, firewalls, and security.
- Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
