The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to enhance our modern platform ecosystem. This role offers the chance to engage in end-to-end development, contributing to both frontend and backend, while playing a crucial part in creating scalable and reliable applications. You will join a collaborative engineering team dedicated to delivering impactful technological solutions rather than just feature delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications:
    • Frontend: React, TypeScript
    • Backend: Python
  • Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Delivering high-quality, production-ready code.
  • Implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Working within AWS cloud environments and managing services such as relational databases (PostgreSQL via RDS) and serverless functions (Lambda).
  • Contributing to cloud architecture and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Workflows) and working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Supporting automation and deployment improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with data scientists, product owners, and engineers in a cross-functional environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a Full Stack Software Engineering role.
  • Strong experience with React & TypeScript and Python.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL / RDS).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or similar).
  • Strong cloud experience, preferably with AWS, and AWS Lambda experience is a plus.
