The Role

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join a rapidly expanding technology firm. This full-time remote position is open to candidates throughout the EMEA region.## About the RoleIn this position, you will play a vital role in the company's people operations, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records, all while fostering a positive employee experience. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow their career in a dynamic, international, tech-driven environment.## Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.- Maintain, update, and organize HR databases and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.- Prepare and organize HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and internal reports.- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners.- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.- Ensure all HR operations adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.## Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (experience in the tech sector is a plus).- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR platforms such as BambooHR or Zoho People.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay proactive in a remote work setting.- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.## What’s Offered- Full-time remote position available to candidates across the EMEA region.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative technology company.- Clear potential for professional growth and development within the HR field.If you are a driven HR professional who enjoys supporting teams and contributing to employee success, we encourage you to apply.
