The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading provider of magnetic components for the automotive, telecom, industrial, and renewable energy sectors. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's presence in Europe by driving market entry, building strong customer relationships, and achieving rapid sales results.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a market-entry and sales strategy, generating new business through your network within Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 suppliers, and potential distributor partners. You will own the full sales cycle and focus on developing and growing strategic accounts. Collaboration with engineering, R&D, and product management teams in Asia, as well as shareholders in Europe, will be key to your success. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and represent the brand at networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows across Europe.
