The Role

As a Frontend Developer specializing in UI/UX, you will develop web applications where technology, design, and usability converge. Your responsibilities will include creating user-friendly interfaces for internal tools and client solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to design decisions, component structures, and user journeys. You will also gain insights into finance and accounting processes, translating complex business needs into clear digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend solutions for internal tools and client-facing projects using React JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Design wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to validate and enhance concepts before implementation.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to strengthen the user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, including solutions built with FastAPI or Django.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, UI guidelines, and frontend documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics, Information Technology, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in frontend development and/or UI/UX design.
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Interest or experience in developing applications that adhere to accessibility standards like WCAG.
